Report a disputed deposit within 30 days of the transaction. Email support with the transaction ID from your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS statement and a description of why you're disputing it. We investigate and respond within 7 business days. If we confirm the dispute, we credit your account or process a refund.
Yes. You can request account closure in Settings > Account > Close Account. Outstanding balances are paid out to your registered withdrawal method. Once closed, you cannot reopen the same account; you'd need to apply fresh. Account data stays on file for seven years after closure.
Daily withdrawal limits depend on your account age and verification level. New accounts can withdraw up to 5 million IDR per day for the first 30 days. After 30 days and full verification, the limit rises to 50 million IDR. Contact support to request a higher limit if needed.
We update these terms when law changes or when we launch new features. Material changes are emailed to you and posted in your lobby as a notification. You have 14 days to review. If you continue playing after 14 days, you've accepted the new terms.
Where local law does not permit our service, we cannot open or maintain your account. If you're already a member and your region status changes, we'll email you with instructions on how to close your account and withdraw your balance within a specified timeframe.
You'll receive a confirmation code via SMS to the phone on your account. Enter it in the withdrawal form to confirm. The code is valid for 10 minutes. Once confirmed, the payout processes to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account within one business day.
No. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials violates these terms and can result in account suspension. If we detect unusual access patterns, we'll lock the account and ask you to verify your identity before play resumes.
